My car got recovered here after breaking down. Originally got referred on to a main dealer as it was a complicated job. Quote from the main dealer put it beyond economic repair, so i originally was going to treat the car as a write off. Campbells asked if they could take a crack at it before i gave up on it. They ended up fixing the issue for a fraction of what I'd been quoted. Really good for keeping me up to date on costings and making sure I was happy to proceed with any work needed. Also good for letting me know timescales, and what was going on. Really good customer service throughout.

They came out to my daughter who had broken down at our house on Monday the 3rd of January, the recovery driver couldn't have been nicer and recovered the vehicle after trying to get it going. My grandson is disabled and my daughter ideally needed the car back by Wednesday for the school run on Thursday, Wednesday was their first day back at work and when it looked like they wouldn't get it finished in time they offered to stay late at no extra cost to finish the job. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts and what seemed to me a very fair price for a new starter motor"
